Volume 1 is 192 pages plus 16 pages of photographs; Volume 2 is 137 pages plus 32 pages of photographs. Both volumes are illustrated with tipped in color photographs, and color and black and white illustrations. Volume 2 also includes a tipped-in map and a number of musical notations. $70.00
